I was barely keeping my head above water trying to keep up with all areas of my business at once. I found that I was forgetting to remind clients of their appointments, my marketing was taking a dive and I couldn't move my business forward as all of my time was spent on working 'in' my business rather than 'on' it!

Not only do I feel more in control of my business, but I've been able to build an entirely new company alongside it whilst also being able to take time off - something I'd never dreamed possible! There are now eyes over every single area of my business, meaning that it can keep functioning even if 'm away on holiday. Alongside the new company, I've also been able to build better process and workflows to ensure my existing clients are well cared for and receive a luxury experience - this has also enabled me to put my prices up!
What specific goals, plans and results did you have in mind when you came to work with Lindsey? How has Lindsey supported you with these?
Not having to do it all myself and wear every hat, and we've smashed that!

Lindsey has been so easy to incorporate into my team. She has always been motivated to improve processes and get to grips with new software in order to support my business as it evolves. She's become my business wife who I talk to more than my boyfriend!

So many people think that outsourcing is difficult, or that it means your business becomes less personal. This is simply not true!
As long as you find the RIGHT person, outsourcing can enable your business to grow to new levels that it wouldn't have otherwise reached. Not only this, but it means you'll be able to take guilt-free time off work - something which can often be a myth to a self employed business owner!
Lindsey makes every step of the process quick and easy, and is always available for support or a quick chat if you're not sure on something. Getting support and growing your business is something you'll never regret!
